Most of church life happens at the group level. This is where genuine community takes place: Sharing meals, sharing lives, giving and receiving, walking with Jesus together.

Multiply Spaces for Fellowship
Group leaders at Redeemer are facilitators of fellowship and communal spiritual growth. Facilitators are not necessarily experts, mentors, or even teachers, but they are emotionally mature, spiritually growing, and are gifted at community development.
