Redeemer Kids

There are lots and lots of kids around our church, and we love it! We don’t view children as a noisy nuisance to keep quiet while we attend to more spiritual things, but as an integral part of our covenant community. Jesus loved children and teaches us to do the same, so we view children’s ministry as both a serious responsibility and a joyful privilege.

We have three core values for children’s ministry:

Safe – we place the highest priority on the safety of children
Fun – we keep it fun and engaging
Christ-centered – we keep the focus on Jesus

It is our goal to welcome children into a safe, fun, Christ-centered environment each week where they can grow their roots down deeply into Jesus and grow upward in their love for Him and others.

Redeemer Kids: 9:00am & 11:00am Education Hour

On Sunday mornings, during both services, we offer classes for kids from birth through 5th grade. Our nursery cares for children from infancy through 2 years of age. Our children’s classes are divided into four rooms: Pre-K for 3 year olds through Preschool age, a K-1st grade room, a 2nd-3rd grade room, and a 4th-5th grade room. Our children’s classes include Christ-centered biblical teaching, singing, scripture memory, and interactive games and crafts. If you are visiting for the first time, please stop by our Welcome Center (in the church lobby) or the children’s check-in desk (downstairs from the main front doors) to check your kids into their classes.

Redeemer Kids Connect

Redeemer Kids Connect is our Wednesday Evening Children’s program. This program is held from 6:00pm-7:30pm from September through mid-May. We use The Gospel Project Midweek Curriculum, which focuses on helping children to grow healthy spiritual rhythms, often called spiritual disciplines, in their lives. Redeemer Kids Connect also includes a Bible memory program and a game time.
